Boggarm Setty a successful entrepreneur and a businessman, now CEO of “SETTY”, an international engineering firm with more than 250 employees and 10 offices all over the world. Designed buildings more than 30 billion dollars in construction cost.My sons have taken over the business and they are successfully transformed this company into a global company utilizing digital technology. I am also an investor and founder in R2B2 LLC, a successful real estate investment company. I am on the advisory board of a Virginia bank FVCB,also on the board of ASHRAE foundation, international organization in air-conditioning and refrigeration. Former SSVT trustee and served on their board for 15 years a-nonprofit organization, member of Rotary Club in Fairfax, VA Boggarm SETTY,MS in air-conditioning and refrigeration from University of Madras, practicing professional engineer in USA,ASHRAE FELLOW, AEE FELLOW,and has several licenses across the country. Published more than 52 papers in the industry and the recent one is “CARBON INDICES IN BUILDINGS CRADLE TO GRAVE “Buckhurst,Romania. Philanthropy is our family goal, and has established a nonprofit family foundation for giving scholarships to students graduating from universities across the country through ASHRAE and Rotary club in Fairfax Virginia

Keerthi Swamy is a successful entrepreneur and businesswoman with a demonstrated history of working in multiple sectors. She is a proven leader with strong international expertise in promoting trade and investment partnerships. She is the CEO of East Coast Metals, Big East Metals, and M & C Metals, scrap metal recycling and trading companies based in Maryland and Virginia. Prior to this, she was a satellite design engineer and holds a patent in an electronic design. She is actively involved in industrial and residential real estate investment projects. She is the producer of a blockbuster Kannada movie, Addhuri.

She is an active volunteer. Ms. Swamy is the Vice President of Finance, National Council of Asian Indian Associations (NCAIA), and Executive Secretary of US India Small & Minority Owned Business Council, non-profit organizations based in the Washington DC area.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering, Bangalore University, and a Master Of Science in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University. She resides in Virginia with her husband and three children.

Mr. Reddi is an accomplished executive, who has led operations, and strategic directions with full responsibilities for bottom-up factors, Successful at creating and implementing the vision and strategies that effectively automate, align with the strategic plan and continuously improve domestic and global enterprises. He has managed a wide range of federal and commercial IT projects with Technology Integration through global applications Mr. Reddi has received many Industry Awards and Recognitions. Mr. Reddi has and is serving many Chamber of Commerce’s and Investment boards.

Ravi Kuppanna is an entrepreneur at heart and currently functions as a CTO for a multinational technology company and has been leveraging technology to transform business situations as well asbuild and sustain value through continuous innovation.Ravi has functioned in all aspects of Information technology and has worked at Oil and Energy companies, high tech startups as well as with a top tier consulting firm. He is focused these days on customer success and enabling sales through alliances, channels and partners.

He has been a founder of a number of startups in different fields from telematics, energy and utilities to cloud computing and has mentored and advised many different startups on their business and revenue models, go to market approaches, market communications as well as in product pricing. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the McCombs’ school of business, University of Texas. His continued interests are in mentoring, advising and investing in startups that solve a demonstrable need in the marketplace.

Shiva B Anand is an experienced Aerospace engineer. He has MS in Computer science (AI) from JHU, Baltimore, MD, MTech in Aerospace engineering from IISc, Bangalore and BE in Electrical engineering from UVCE, Bangalore India. He worked at ISRO for several years on various satellite missions. He worked on various NASA space programs and in Aerospace industries in multiple positions for 30+ years.

He was CEO & President of IndUS Technologies International LLC,worked on various international proposals on Satellite technologies. He was co-founder of Doc-Outlook.coma premier-hosted Internet service aimed at providing an array of reliable and convenient medical office automation solutions to physician groups. He was chairman and president of American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin (ASEI).In addition, he has held leadership positions in several Indian cultural and social organizations.

Shiva Kumar Bangalore is a Senior Director at S & P Dow Jones Indices, a business segment of S & P Global Inc. Prior to S & P, Shiva Kumar worked as a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase in Investment Banking. Shiva Kumar graduated from UVCE (University Vishweshraiah College of Engineering) in B.E Electronics & Communication and continued to study M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering at IIT, Madras. He also holds an MBA in MIS from NYIT (New York Institute of Technology). Working in Senior Management at several Financial Services, ShivaKumar is experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions related cost analysis in the Financial Industry. Shiva kumar is also a Senior IT Manager leading Infrastructure Services at these firms for more than 25 years. He enjoys hiking, golf and travelling around the world. Shiva kumar has diversified his investments in Real Estate, IT related ventures and Bio Techventures, which have been successful and achieved steady state in their businesses.

Vijay Kotrappa is a successful technology entrepreneur and angel investor. He founded Guidance Solutions, an internet services and co-venture company, building it to a leading software development company with 200+ employees in Los Angeles, and $20 million in annual revenue. Helped raise $49 million in private equity funding in 2000. Since then, he has funded and worked on several ventures including CareRally, America’s Schools Program, UGovernIT, PatientFYI, and Second Differential.

Vijay is an active member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) as a Charter Member of TiE Socal, president in 2013 and a Global Trustee in 2019. He has been instrumental in key initiatives such as the Junior MBA program, mentorship programs, and TiE Socal Labs. In addition, he has held leadership positions in several Indian cultural and social organizations. He enjoys playing tennis and golf, travel, trying new restaurants/bakeries, and meeting new people.

Suresh Ramachandra is actively involved in business and entrepreneurial activities in the Washington DC metropolitan area. He was the CEO and President of MTECH, Executive Director of Info Soft Systems, Chairman of US Indian American Chamber of Commerce, and executive board member of American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin (ASEI). He has demonstrated a successful leadership in running a small business and understands many challenges faced by small business community. Suresh was also on the board of directors for many small businesses and advised them leading to a successful path.

Suresh Ramachandra is the founder, Director of Amerikan Management Company (AMC), a corporation interested in identifying and investing in startups and other opportunities. Suresh is also a serial entrepreneur and was involved in IQT and other organizations. He worked in the NASA’s space program for 20+ years and supported and led research and development in multiple positions. He has also published technical papers and reports in international journals.
